Learning how to spin: takes place in the comfort of my home, (wheel provided) A student had several of her own sheep and wanted to spin their wool, so we spent an afternoon surrounded by wool and spinning wheels, stopping only for homemade cake and tea.(1 person only)
Learn how to Knit or Crochet - Let’s start at the very beginning!
Knitting Improvers day: is a friendly informal gathering. The students bring their own wool and needles and with the aid of my cup cake knitting pattern become familiar with a variety of different knitting terms and abbreviations, which can then be used on other projects. Everyone goes home with their own completed calorie free knitted cup cake!
A Natural Dying Day
A wonderful day experimenting with different plants, including some readily available ingredients from the kitchen cupboard. We also enjoy a look around my garden and learn about the dying qualities of the plants we see. Many different colours are achieved during the day, and everyone goes home with their samples.
Available for small groups or just one person, and tailor made for you!They will take place at my home in Midhurst West Sussex, situated within the Southdown’s National Park. Tea/coffee and home made cake included, a light lunch available upon request at a cost of £5.00 per head.

Fleece spun for you!
But it does not stop here! I had a phone call from a lady who owned a small alpaca herd. She was finding it difficult to get a small amount of fleece spun, so she commissioned me to spin her two hundred grams, she was thrilled! 50 grams of fleece, spun into double knitting wool £15.00
Commissions

Long pair of stripy wrist warmers £24.00
Adult pair of slippers £26.00.
